Ordering and Payments

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide the following information:

– A delivery address (which may be the same as your billing address)

– A contact phone number (in case we need to reach you about your order)

If for any reason, there is a technological failure or a genuine mistake, your order attempt may be unsuccessful. In such cases, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, and then another one within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible after the order has been placed.

Delicate Products

Quirky bath bomb shapes: Sometimes, we create delicate and exquisite bath bomb shapes and products. We package them as always with extra TLC, it can be tricky as they’re delicate, and the delivery dance can be a bit rough. If they break in transit, we can’t replace or refund them, so it’s essential to be aware of our terms and conditions. Remember, they’re still fabulous even if a little broken-hearted.

Delivery Pass

Delivery Pass: Oh, the special delivery treatment awaits with our Delivery Pass.   For a one-time payment, you get 12 months of free UK Standard Delivery.

How to Make It Work? Simple! Grab the Delivery Pass virtual listing on our website, and give us 72 hours to activate your free postage.  We will confirm your Pass has been activated.   Your 12-month delivery pass will start from the first order you make after the Delivery Pass purchase.

Use It and Love It: Enjoy the free postage as much as you like throughout the year, but remember it’s for one address only, so keep it all in one place. If you move, let us know, and we’ll update your address. Oh, and if you’re ordering a gift for a friend, you’ll need to handle the postage for that one.

We’ll drop you an email a couple of weeks before your delivery pass expires to check if you want to keep the fun going. If you decide not to renew, your delivery pass will bow out gracefully the day after it expires.

Did I Need an Account? Yes, you’ll need an account with us to sign up for the Delivery Pass. But hey, it’s a small step to an epic journey of free postage!

No Refunds on the Delivery Pass: Sorry, but we can’t offer refunds on delivery passes. We promise, though, you won’t be disappointed. Just make sure you read all the terms and conditions before jumping in.

Dispatch Times

Order to Dispatch Time: Our team is just me and I am working as fast as I can, but please give us up to 4-6 working days (sometimes same or next day) to get your order ready. We’re all about quality, and good things take a little time!  If your order includes any item that is on back order, we are making it for you so please allow an extra 10 days on to of the normal despatch times.

Postage and Delivery

Postage and Packaging: You are only paying the cost of postage, we will cover the packing costs.  We will make sure your goodies are sent safely, and the packaging cost.

Delivery: Royal Mail and ParcelForce will be your partners in delivering your treats. Be patient; it might take up to five working days during busy times.  It’s your responsibility to update your address, so no delivery mishaps!

Pricing and availability

Prices and Availability: We strive for perfection, but sometimes little errors happen. If there’s a pricing mix-up, we’ll let you know and offer you the chance to confirm or cancel the order. If the items you want are no longer available again you will have the chance to wait for us to make them, change the order or cancel the order.  We’re all about being fair.

You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched, and you may also cancel a Pre-order before the product is dispatched.
